High Tea

Experience the atmosphere of a Federation house (c.1908) with a modern tradition in 'High Tea'. Celebrate with your partner or with a group of friends. 'High Tea' is a tailored selection of delicious indulgences, courses of sweet and savoury morsels, specialty teas and coffee. Some of the delights that may be selected for your 'High Tea' function are within the sample menu below:

Ribbon Sandwiches

Make a selection of any three types from: Chicken, avocado and baby spinach; Classic cucumber; Leg ham with lettuce and seeded mustard; Creamy egg and iceberg lettuce; Smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese 

Savoury

Vegetable cocktail quiche or mini ham, cheese and sun-dried tomato croissant

Scones and Conserves

Home-made scones served with jam and  Chantilly cream

Sweets

Assorted muffins or petite cakes

Tea Selection

English Breakfast; Earl Grey; Copenhagen Blend and a range of organic BIJA herbal teas

Coffee, Teecino ® Herbal Coffee and Juice available

Gluten Free and Vegetarian options (please advise in advance)

Cost $35 per person (No children under 12 years old). Maximum 8 seated guests. Larger group by special arrangement. High Tea package runs up to 2 hours generally between 12noon and 2pm. Your afternoon includes 'High Tea' in an historic house with high ornate ceilings and original leadlight windows, a cosy fire in winter, vintage linen and tableware and fine bone English china.
